Delivered Project Case Study
A complete case study of Akkan's commercial newbuilding delivery: from steel block fabrication through hull integration, classification approval, and final shipment to Iceland. This project made Akkan the 3rd Turkish company to export a commercial vessel to Iceland under DNV class certification.
A 13.6m steel-hull commercial fishing longliner, built under Akkan's project management at the Samsun manufacturing facility (operations now consolidated to Tuzla with partner shipyard network). Constructed during build under the working name SPARTAN 1, the vessel was renamed GK 9 by the Icelandic operator after delivery.

Aluminium Shipbuilding Capability
The Spartan 44 catamaran programme is Akkan's in-house demonstration of aluminium shipbuilding capability — AlMg 5083 marine-grade hull, hybrid-electric propulsion integration, lightweight superstructure fabrication, and CE Class certification. This same capability is applied to commercial aluminium workboats up to 15m.
